Job summary

You will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive project success from concept through construction, with emphasis on private/public sector developments in the Tampa Bay area. Qualifications

• A track record of successful projects and a network in the Tampa Bay area land development and A/E/C community.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate, and build trust with multidisciplinary teams and regulators.
• Experience with civil engineering design, permitting, and agency relationships.
• Ability to anticipate technical problems and take corrective action with sound judgment.
• Ability to manage time to meet budgets and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Experience in project management and business development to grow the practice.
• Understanding of contract administration, scope, terms, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and overall project success owner.
