Job summary

Site Resources, Inc. in Hunt Valley, Maryland, is seeking a civil engineer/landscape architect to join a collaborative team of designers and engineers working on site development, parks, education, and public projects.

You will lead projects from concept to construction, manage budgets, prepare documents and permits, design grading, stormwater, and utilities under Maryland regulations, and mentor staff while supporting client relations and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with a civil engineering or multidisciplinary design firm preferred.
• Professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure.
• Experience with Maryland stormwater management and erosion and sediment control design, permitting, and land development regulations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with civil engineers, landscape architects, and designers on a variety of site development projects
• Lead projects from concept through construction while managing schedules, budgets, and quality
• Prepare and oversee site/civil construction documents, specifications, and permit applications
• Design grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and utility systems in accordance with Maryland regulations
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to client relationships and business development
