Pennoni is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Raleigh, NC team on a full-time basis. You will support multi-discipline site development projects for public and private clients, assisting Staff and Project Engineers across conceptual planning, design, construction documentation, permitting, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, FE/EIT is a plus, and experience with land development, water resources, and design tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• FE / EIT preferred.
• Experience in greenfield land development and/or water resources.

Responsabilités

• Perform site design including layout, grading, and utilities.
• Evaluate land development feasibility.
• Review local ordinances and state regulations.
• Prepare permitting and construction plans.
• Estimate construction costs from quantities.
• Prepare permit applications and engineering reports.
• Collaborate with the design team on projects.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.
