You will design AI agentic workflows to analyze results, improve simulation fidelity, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to drive program milestones. The role offers a fast-paced, future-oriented environment with strong emphasis on impact and long-term safety validation.

Qualifications

• MS with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD new grad.
• Experience building LLM-powered or agentic workflows for data analysis, evaluation, or automation.
• Experience quantifying or improving simulation fidelity and sim-to-real gap.
• Proficient in Python or C++, with scalable data processing systems experience.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agentic workflows to analyze simulation results and surface root causes.
• Architect scalable simulation pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
• Identify/diverge sim vs real-world behavior; improve fidelity across models.
• Monitor performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to reproduce and resolve road-test issues.
• Contribute to long-term system architecture and quality compliance.
