4+ years in reliability engineering, qualification engineering, failure analysis, or technology development within semiconductor or photonics environments.

Responsibilities

Assess intrinsic and extrinsic reliability of photonic devices and PICs.
Develop reliability models and acceleration methodologies through DOE, statistics, and testing.
Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations using data-driven methods.
Define reliability requirements for new silicon photonics technologies and products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
