Qualifications

• Master's degree in Photonics/Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, or related Stem degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• PhD with 2+ years of relevant industry experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assess intrinsic and extrinsic reliability of photonic devices and PICs.
• Develop reliability models and DOE-based acceleration methodologies.
• Lead failure analysis and root-cause investigations using data-driven techniques.
• Collaborate with design, process, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet reliability requirements.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and risks; present findings to leadership.
