Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or related field.
• Experience leading an engineering team and delivering advanced technology for mass production.
• Strong project management skills focused on schedules, scope, and cost trade-offs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• SiPh process development in RF, FINFET, FDSOI, and eNVM technologies.
• Collaborate with process module & packaging teams to drive solutions.
• Oversee project scopes with TD & BU and ensure technical needs are met.
• Drive technology cost reduction, process convergence and yield improvement.
