Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant field experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering mass-production technology.
• Strong PM skills and ability to manage schedules, scope, and cost.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• SiPh process development in RF, FinFET, FDSOI, and eNVM technologies.
• Collaborate with process module and device teams to drive process solutions.
• Oversee project scope with PL & BU to ensure all technical needs are met.
