Synopsys Inc. seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive high-profile Silicon IP programs from planning through tape-out and delivery. You will align R&D, business, and customer teams, manage complex milestones, and ensure on-time execution with clear communication to executives and clients.

You will mentor program leads, optimize processes, and influence roadmap priorities while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering high-value silicon solutions.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, ASIC, SOC, or Silicon IP program leadership.
• Proven track record managing customer expectations, milestones, and multi-product programs.
• Background in leading cross-functional teams across R&D, business, and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee key customer milestones for high-profile multi-product programs with aligned R&D targets and customer objectives.
• Translate technical requirements into clear scope, milestones, and risk mitigation actions.
• Lead global cross-functional teams through the full Silicon IP project lifecycle from planning to tape-out and delivery.
• Establish and manage integrated schedules using Jira, MS Project, or equivalent with clear ownership.
• Provide executive and customer status updates, highlighting progress, trade-offs, risks, and recovery plans.
• Analyze project performance, ensure quality standards, and manage projects within budget.
