Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent, with 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Proven program management experience in SoC design, analog IP, or digital IP development.
• Direct experience managing customer-facing programs with owned schedules and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout IP program delivery, from kickoff through post-silicon support.
• Own statement of work (SOW), program schedules, milestones, and deliverables across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams including design, verification, applications, and sales.
• Identify technical, resource, and schedule risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Report program health and blockers to internal leadership and customers in a way that drives action.
