Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. is seeking an accomplished engineering leader to manage large, multi-product Silicon IP programs in a fast-paced environment.

You will align R&D, business, and customer priorities, driving scope, schedules, deliverables, and risk actions to keep programs on track. You will mentor project leads across global teams, influence product roadmap decisions with direct customer feedback, and ensure transparent communication to executives and customers.

Qualifications

• Lead global cross-functional teams through the Silicon IP lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into scope, executable plans, milestones, dependencies and risk-mitigation actions.
• Provide concise executive and customer status, highlighting progress, trade-offs, risks, decisions and recovery plans.
• Proven track record managing customer expectations and milestone commitments on complex technical programs.
• Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and engineering toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key customer milestones for high-profile multi-products programs.
• Translate technical requirements and customer priorities into clear scope and plans.
• Lead global cross-functional teams through full Silicon IP project lifecycle.
• Establish and manage integrated schedules using Jira or MS Project.
• Provide executive status updates with progress, risks and recovery plans.
• Analyze project performance metrics and maintain customer satisfaction within budget.
