Job summary

Synopsys Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end IP development programs for tier-one customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, FAE, CAE, and R&D to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with customer roadmaps.

You will drive risks and trade-offs, translating SoC requirements into actionable plans, and you will guide teams across multiple time zones to ensure successful silicon validation and tape-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 10–15+ years in program management or technical leadership.
• Proven track record delivering analog and digital SoC design programs on schedule.
• Deep knowledge of IC manufacturing, process technology, design flow, and sign-off processes.
• Experience working directly with customers in a technical or program capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IP development programs for tier-one customers, from requirements through silicon bring-up and delivery against schedules.
• Serve as primary technical and operational contact between customers and cross-functional Synopsys teams.
• Plan and drive program schedules across IP deliveries, custom IP development, and process node transitions.
• Identify, track, and drive risks, resolving issues with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate IP integration activities with customer SoC design teams and ensure silicon validation.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable development plans aligned with product timelines.
• Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders from engineering to executive leadership.
