Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a seasoned engineer to co-design, bring up, and validate analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits that underlie safety, security, reliability, and performance features. You will bridge design intent with silicon reality across the full PVT space.

Responsibilities include closing the simulation-to-silicon gap, building robust analysis methods, tracing failures to root cause, and developing AI-driven test and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in the lab.
• 8+ years of hands-on silicon bring-up, frequency and power characterization, or post-silicon validation on real hardware.
• Strong circuit fundamentals — analog, digital, and mixed-signal.
• Hands-on lab depth: oscilloscopes, multimeters, DAQs, spectrum analyzers, and silicon debug tools.
• Depth in product binning, PVT analysis, guard-banding, and optimization trade-offs.
• Exposure to critical path analysis, power integrity, dI/dt and PDN analysis, transistor physics, and silicon reliability and aging mechanisms.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, C/C++, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the co-design, bring-up, and post-silicon validation of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits across the full PVT space.
• Close the simulation-to-silicon gap and build methodologies that correlate measured circuit behavior with pre-silicon predictions.
• Trace failures to source and drive resolution through to confirmation.
• Own and build AI agents for automated test orchestration and data pipelines.
• Build automation and analysis infrastructure for efficient multi-product execution.
• Sit at the decision table and guide binning, guard-band, and reliability sign-off.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and interns.
