Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer to support the NSWC Crane programs. The role focuses on developing signal processing algorithms, waveforms, and mission-load content for communications, networking, and EW systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional RF engineering experience.
  • Experience in signal processing, RF protocol analysis, and waveform development.
  • Software experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or similar.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop signal processing algorithms, waveforms, and mission-load content for RF/EW systems.
  • Design, model, implement, and test algorithms for RF/EW applications.
  • Analyze RF protocols and signal behaviors to support threat-load and mission-signal development.
  • Develop and test RF signal solutions for Navy EW systems.
  • Use spectrum analyzers and RF test equipment to evaluate waveforms.
