A defense contractor is seeking a Communications Engineer (Threat Load Developer) to work on advanced military systems at NSWC Crane. The successful candidate will develop signal processing algorithms, design and test software implementations, and conduct diagnostics for Navy Electronic Warfare systems. A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and 7 years of experience in RF design are required. This role mandates U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Qualifications
7 years of related professional experience in microwave and radio frequency (RF) design.
Experience in computer design, software development, or computer networks.
Expertise in RF device applications and signal processing/protocol testing.
Responsibilities
Develop signal processing algorithms and waveforms for communications systems.
Design and test algorithm concepts through software implementations.
Conduct analysis and diagnostics of Navy EW systems.
