The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in signal integrity for high-speed interconnects, strong customer-facing skills, and hands-on tool proficiency (HFSS, SIwave, Sigrity, ADS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in signal integrity for high-speed interconnects.
• Proven customer-facing experience leading technical engagements through production.
• Hands-on SI simulation and analysis with listed tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for customer programs and define requirements.
• Develop and execute SI simulation, modeling, and optimization strategies.
• Lead customer-facing technical reviews and root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product teams.
• Manage multiple programs while guiding SI-related decisions.
