Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• 8+ years leading high-speed interconnect and signal integrity solutions.
• Hands-on signal integrity modeling and simulation tools.
• Experience with connector, cable interconnect design environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and signal integrity strategy for high-speed backplane systems.
• Define system-level requirements for SI, channel performance, and scalability.
• Develop specifications, models, and correlation studies.
• Serve as SI point of contact between manufacturing partners and OEM customers.
• Troubleshoot complex SI and interconnect challenges.
• Lead system-level debug across manufacturing, test, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate across business units to integrate products into customer systems.
