Responsibilities

Lead SI/PI architecture pathfinding for next-generation DRAM products across AI, data center, and client platforms.
Define channel, package, board, and module-level SI/PI targets for product development.
Evaluate DDR and LPDDR electrical performance including timing, jitter, and power delivery.
Develop and apply modeling, simulation, and correlation methodologies with industry-standard tools.
Collaborate across design, validation, package, module, and system teams to resolve tradeoffs.
