Job summary

INCATech LLC is seeking a senior SIGINT Geospatial Analyst to support a federal government customer in Falls Church, VA. The role involves mapping movements, analyzing multi-source data, and delivering actionable intelligence across SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT domains.

On-site work 3–4 days/week with Top Secret clearance eligibility is required. Responsibilities include designing analytical methodologies, exploiting forensics outputs, and synthesizing findings into dashboards and briefing packages

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SIGINT analysis and geospatial data fusion.
• Experience integrating SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT across multi-disciplinary teams.
• PoL analysis, target development, and anomaly detection.
• Experience with LEA investigations or military counter-threat operations.
• Strong geospatial skills in ArcGIS Pro/Online/Enterprise, GeoTime, SyncArena.
• Familiarity with OSINT and CAI platforms like Fivecast, ShadowDragon.
• Python or SQL scripting to parse data and transform logs.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into concise intelligence summaries and briefs.
• Experience with IC tools/repositories (DX, Voltron, IDS, Pulse) and LEA repositories (PLX, Gladiator, Flock).
• Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute complex analytical methodologies by retrieving and extrapolating multi-source intercept data.
• Exploit forensics outputs from CellHawk, Cellebrite, and CELLEX to map networks and timelines.
• Ingest and analyze telephony metadata, CDRs/CSLI, and device telemetry to map movements.
• Conduct PoL analysis, target development, and anomaly detection to generate leads.
• Synthesize multi-INT data into interactive dashboards, link charts, tables, and intelligence summaries.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to Postal Inspectors and LEA partners to expedite investigations.
