Job summary

IN CATech LLC in Falls Church, VA, is seeking a Senior SIGINT Geospatial Analyst to support federal investigations. You will map movements, fuse multi-INT data, and produce actionable intelligence for law enforcement partners.

The role requires ArcGIS expertise, experience with digital forensics tools, and a Top Secret with SCI eligibility. Onsite work 3-4 days per week at Falls Church/Dulles, with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• At least seven (7) years of SIGINT analysis, telephony metadata exploitation, and geospatial data fusion.
• Experience integrating SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT into assessments and briefs.
• Strong proficiency in geospatial software (ArcGIS Pro/Online) for visualization.
• Experience supporting LEA investigations or counter-threat operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, GIS, CS, IT, or equivalent military/government experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute complex analytical methodologies by retrieving, compiling, and extrapolating multi-source data.
• Exploit forensics outputs from CellHawk, Cellebrite, CELLEX to map networks and timelines.
• Ingest and analyze telephony metadata, CDRs/CSLI, and device telemetry to map movements.
• Conduct Pattern of Life (PoL) analysis and anomaly detection to generate leads.
• Synthesize multi-INT data into interactive dashboards, link charts, tables, and summaries.
• Provide analytical guidance to Postal Inspectors and LEA partners to expedite investigations.
