Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD seeks a Systems Integration & Test Engineer (2nd shift) to lead lab/bench ownership and test campaigns for RF sensor systems. You will drive test planning, execution, and verification across HW and SW components, coordinating with multi-team stakeholders and ensuring readiness for flight test activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience; Master’s adds 3+ years.
• Strong system integration and test experience on complex HW/SW systems; defense/aerospace preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in lab/bench ownership and test campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab and bench ownership for integration and testing activities.
• Own bench design changes, maintenance planning, and configuration management of HW/SW.
• Own test planning and execution for system verification and validation.
• Develop and lead LRIP ATP, HW DVT, and SSQT test plans and success criteria.
• Coordinate Mode SIL bench operations and flight test preparation and support.
