The Wingspan: Center for Learning and Writing Support at the University of Kansas seeks a Senior SI Leader for the Spring 2027 semester. You will facilitate weekly SI sessions, attend class lectures, and mentor new SI Leaders in a collaborative learning environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with faculty and the SI Manager, leading study sessions twice weekly, and promoting sessions to students.

Qualifications

• Employed as an SI Leader for at least 1 semester in Wingspan.
• Minimum B letter grade in the designated course.
• Ability to work 12–15 hours per week including afternoons/evenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with constructive feedback.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead weekly SI sessions and attend the designated class lectures.
• Mentor new and current SI Leaders and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with faculty and SI Manager and attend biweekly meetings.
• Promote SI sessions to students using class announcements and emails.
