Job summary

Benchmark is seeking an Assembly Technician in Minnesota, Winona. You will prepare products for systems-level assembly, unpack, set up, assemble, package and repair as required, following printed instructions and routings.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in systems integration, and precise manual skills. It is a safety-sensitive position with a 24/7 operation and a daytime shift schedule (M-Th 05:30-16:00).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of SI experience.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Access paperwork and drawings for each job assignment.
• Verify kits, enter batch information, package and label items.
• Use mats and required tooling for assembly.
• Check equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Follow routings and process instructions under supervision.
• May assemble various systems integration subassemblies.
• Notify leadership of any shutdown situations.
• Enter data into Process Feedback System and link subassemblies.
• Enter quantities into Operations Complete when required.
• Ensure quality to meet customer satisfaction.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble units in certified operations.
• Operate under minimal supervision and follow instructions.
