Job summary

Responsibilities include leading technical reviews, SI simulations, and cross-team collaboration to ensure production readiness for high-speed interconnect systems. 10+ years of SI experience and strong client engagement are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience supporting signal integrity initiatives for high-speed connectors, cable assemblies, interconnect products, or system-level architectures.
• Hands-on experience with signal integrity simulation and analysis tools such as HFSS, SIwave, Sigrity, ADS, VNA measurement platforms, and channel modeling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for customer programs, partnering with OEMs and internal teams to define requirements and deliver high-speed interconnect solutions.
• Develop and execute signal integrity simulation, modeling, validation, and performance optimization strategies for cable and connector systems.
• Lead customer-facing technical reviews, design discussions, troubleshooting efforts, and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product teams to resolve technical challenges and support production readiness.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously while providing technical guidance and acting as a trusted advisor for signal integrity-related decisions.
