Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years leading high-speed interconnect and signal integrity work.
• Experience with SI modeling/simulation and tool suites.

Aufgaben

• Lead architectural design and SI strategy for high-speed backplanes.
• Define system-level requirements for SI, channel performance, scalability.
• Develop specs, models, and proof-of-concept correlation studies.
• Be SI point of contact between manufacturing partners and OEMs.
• Understand customer requirements and business goals for SI.
• Support SI solution development and implementation across programs.
• Troubleshoot complex SI/interconnect performance issues.
• Lead system-level debugging with cross-functional teams.
