Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience supporting signal integrity for high-speed connectors, cable assemblies, interconnect products, or system-level architectures.
- Strong customer-facing experience leading technical engagements from requirements gathering through production release.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for customer programs and define requirements for high-speed interconnect solutions.
- Develop and execute SI simulation, modeling, validation, and performance optimization strategies.
- Lead customer-facing technical reviews, design discussions, and root cause investigations.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product teams to resolve technical challenges and support production readiness.
- Manage multiple programs and provide technical guidance for SI decisions.
