Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Signal Integrity experience.
• Experience with SerDes technologies, channel analysis, and high-speed signal troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot high-speed SerDes and signal integrity issues.
• Analyze test, validation, and manufacturing data to identify failures and root causes.
• Perform investigations and validation activities within Failure Analysis and SI labs.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve hardware and manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, test, and manufacturing teams to improve product performance.
• Support manufacturing operations through data analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Conduct measurements and validate test results using standard SI methodologies and equipment.
• Work with global teams to support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
