CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver in Fort Wayne, IN to provide safe transportation for senior residents. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with occasional evenings and weekends. Pay is $18 per hour, CDL preferred and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Driver's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & Care for seniors.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with the local area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love to laugh and have fun while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus with safe transfer methods.
• Complete bus trip logs and maintain route efficiency.
• Maintain interior and exterior bus cleanliness.
• Fill daily inspection log at trip start and submit when done.
• Maintain a positive attitude that supports team performance.
