• Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through upsell, cross-sell and renewal activities.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences.
• Coach and support junior team members, contributing to capability development and collaborative success.
• Drive customer-first thinking while balancing commercial objectives and client priorities.
