Job summary
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Sr. Manager, Catman & Shopper Insights for the Value Discount, Club, and Home Improvement channels. You will lead a team of Category Managers focused on building compelling stories from shopper data to inform how behaviors influence our categories.
The role can be based in Rosemont, IL or New York, NY and requires strong leadership and data-driven storytelling. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to translate insights into actionable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 6+ years of Consumer, Shopper Insights, Shopper Behavior and/or Category Management Experience.
- Experience leading a team or mentoring others in category management.
- Experience working with shopper data sources (Luminate, Dunnhumby, ExtraCare, 1010).
- Experience working with Household Panel data (Numerator, Nielsen Panel).
- Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI).
Responsibilities

- Use shopper data to turn insights into recommendations.
- Tell data-driven stories to drive category solutions.
