Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Catman & Shopper Insights Manager for Albertsons in Rosemont, IL (or Cincinnati, OH) to build and share stories that reveal how shopper behavior affects our categories. You will present insights that influence decisions and drive business results with cross-functional partners.

The role requires 5+ years in consumer/shoppers insights or category management, plus experience with Scintilla, Nielsen/Circana and household panel data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in consumer/shoppers insights or category management.
• Experience with shopper behavior data sources (Scintilla, Dunnhumby, Stratum, etc.).
• Experience with household panel data (Numerator, Nielsen Panel, etc.).
• Experience with syndicated services (Nielsen, Circana).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and represent shopper needs in all strategic and tactical decisions.
• Develop and deliver actionable recommendations using shopper data to drive category growth.
• Integrate multiple data sources (shopper, POS, insights) to form robust recommendations.
• Present findings clearly with data-driven narratives to influence customers and internal teams.
• Act as a trusted consultant, building strong partnerships based on trust and integrity.
• Collaborate with Colgate teams and external partners to execute strategies and meet objectives.
• Maintain curiosity to identify opportunities and guide the team with insights.
