Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Catman & Shopper Insights Manager to drive category strategies for Albertsons. You will translate shopper data into actionable recommendations and deliver compelling category stories to influence buyers and internal teams.

Based in Rosemont, IL or Cincinnati, OH with hybrid work, the role requires collaboration across Colgate teams and external partners, strong storytelling, and a track record in consumer and shopper insights to shape business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years in Consumer/Shopper Insights or Category Management.
• Experience with shopper behavior data providers (Scintilla, Dunnhumby, Stratum).
• Experience with household panel data (Numerator, Nielsen).
• Experience with syndicated data services (Nielsen, Circana).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and represent shopper needs in strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Develop actionable recommendations from shopper data and POS data to drive category solutions.
• Integrate and analyze multiple data sources to form robust customer-specific recommendations.
• Communicate complex data and insights through engaging narratives to influence stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted consultant, building strong partnerships with customers.
• Collaborate with internal Colgate teams and external broker partners to execute strategies.
• Maintain curiosity to identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven insights.
