Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years experience in related field (from Education/Experience).
• Completed required training curriculum to be designated a Tech III.
• Able to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
• Proficient with a computer, Microsoft Office and dealer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area, seek process improvements and uphold safety standards.
• Research repair needs and order parts; document repairs and repair times.
• Contribute to team by completing tasks on time while maintaining safety and quality.
• Assist with facility appearance and shop conditions per contamination control guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
