Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Completed all required training to be designated Tech III.
• Proficient with computers, MS Office, and dealer software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area and look for ways to improve methods, safety standards and workflows.
• Order parts as needed and document repairs using appropriate software and track repair times.
• Contribute to the team by meeting deadlines and maintaining safety and quality expectations.
