Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
3-4 years of experience recommended.
Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech II.
Able to comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant Dealer software (preferred).

Responsibilities

Perform repairs on customer or company equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting and maintenance.
Diagnose and repair equipment to manufacturer’s specifications.
Document repairs and track repair times using appropriate software.
Monitor job expenses and report cost overruns before job completion.
Mentor others and support teamwork, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain tools and continually seek safety and process improvements.
