Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 5-6 years in related field.
• Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech I.
• Proficient in computer use, MS Office and dealer software programs.
• Completed relevant specialized equipment technical courses.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on equipment including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Inspect components to maximize parts reuse and control repair costs.
• Document repairs and repair times using appropriate software.
• Mentor others and potentially assume supervisor duties as needed.
