Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience leading a scheduling team.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling toolset.
• 7 years of shipyard scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages IMS activities for new vessel construction.
• Manages team members and IMS projects for all new construction vessels.
• Establishes schedule baselines and monitoring mechanisms.
• Confers with supervisors to determine project status.
• Notifies management of scheduling disruptions.
• Reviews project status with program managers and operations.
• Develops schedule reports for distribution to management.
• Liaise with departments to keep time/cost plans updated.
• Provides and maintains reporting for management.
