Qualifications

• Supervises semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel; trains employees to improve quality and productivity.
• Must adhere to drawings, procedures and cost-related expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to skill, experience and job knowledge.
• Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed.
• Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity and assists in development of training procedures.
• Breaks broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform these plans.
