The role requires 4+ years of production supervisory experience (BS/Apprentice) or 6 years combined supervisory/CS experience without a BS, with travel 10–25% and no relocation assistance. U.S. citizenship may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/Apprentice + 4 years production supervisor experience, or equivalent experience.
• Six years combined production supervisory experience and/or CS experience if non-BS.
• Experience supervising semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates trades personnel according to skill and experience.
• Trains employees to improve quality and productivity and ensures plan adherence.
• Breaks strategy into action plans and ensures training to perform them.
• Oversees manufacturing, installation, operation, testing and processes with financial impact.
