Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. Maritime Division seeks experienced mechanical/structural assemblers for shipboard alterations on ships and submarines.

You will join Alteration Installation Teams, performing complex assembly, layout surveys, and installations within a mission-critical environment. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in mechanical/structural assembly, a capable of obtaining a secret clearance, and background in shipboard design and testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in mechanical or structural assembly, repair, and layouts.
• Experience with shipboard mechanical and structural requirements for electronics installations.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical, sub-assembly, rack and chassis assembly with high workmanship standards.
• Lead teams and coordinate tasks in mission-critical environments.
• Organize activities to ensure on-time completion and safeguard equipment and inventory.
