This senior Program Manager 4 role leads large, complex ship design programs, coordinating cross‑discipline teams, budgets, and schedules to consistently meet time and funding goals. The role interfaces with customers and executive leadership, providing strategic direction and ensuring high‑quality outcomes across the program portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in marine or government contracting environments
• 5+ years of shipyard construction experience
• Advanced knowledge of ship design, construction practices, and regulatory requirements (ABS, DNV, USCG, NAVSEA)

Responsabilités

• Lead large, complex ship design programs to meet time and funding parameters.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans with staffing, risk, and contractual obligations.
• Manage executive-level customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Forecast and deploy resources across programs to optimize performance.
• Monitor budgets, cost performance, and schedule baselines; implement corrective actions.
• Lead vendor and subcontractor management, and make/buy decisions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Direct program staffing and performance management across disciplines.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, quality requirements, and compliance obligations.
