You will partner with production, engineering, and government stakeholders to manage cost, schedule, scope, and customer outcomes from award through delivery and sustainment. The role blends large-scale production with mission-package integration and a customer-facing, contract-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Naval Architecture or related field.
• 4–6+ years of program management in large-scale production or defense.
• Experience managing government contracts and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and delivery of major shipbuilding programs from award to sustainment.
• Drive risk, cost, schedule, and scope management across the program.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams and government stakeholders.
• Lead program reviews and deliver clear status updates to leadership and customers.
