Costco in Lihue, HI seeks a Full Time Senior Shift Supervisor to lead frontline operations, drive sales, and ensure a warm, efficient customer experience. You’ll supervise shifts, coordinate product demonstrations, and partner with management to train and onboard staff.

No prior retail experience required; paid training and support are provided. Expect a 5-day schedule (including Sundays and Mondays), the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and access to comprehensive benefits and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to drive sales through live events and product sampling.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling.
• Set up and break down product demonstrations.
• Assist interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Interact professionally with customers and management.
• Work schedule: 5 days per week, including Sundays and Mondays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with drive for action and results.
