Job summary

Costco in Kailua Kona, HI is seeking a Part Time Sr. Shift Supervisor to drive sales through live events and product sampling while supporting store leadership with day-to-day operations.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you must be 18+, available 4+ days/week (including Sunday and Monday), and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Wage is $23.00 per hour.

In this role, you will drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling where customers live and shop. You will also support leadership with day-to-day operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down product demonstrations

• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a professional and approachable manner

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Available 4+ days a week, including Sunday and Monday

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours

• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning the work area and equipment

• Reliable transportation to and from the work location

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
