Job summary

ThisWay is partnering with Costco in Lihue, HI to recruit a Full Time Sr. Shift Supervisor. This role supports store leadership, drives customer engagement, and oversees product demos and team activities at the Lihue location.

The Sr. Shift Supervisor will assist with interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and reporting while ensuring excellent customer service. Competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package are offered; availability includes Sundays and Mondays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• No prior experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling for shoppers.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling.
• Set up and break down product demonstrations.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a professional and positive manner.
• Available 5 days a week, including Sunday and Monday.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning the work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong drive for action and results.
