Job summary

CEC Facilities LLC is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Meridian, MS to serve as the primary job site supervisor for mechanical/HVAC installations on large projects. You will manage crews, coordinate with the General Contractor, mentor staff, and oversee safety and quality control across multiple subordinate supervisors.

The role requires at least 7 years of experience in commercial/industrial construction, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours, overtime, and night

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' or more of experience running large mechanical projects in commercial/industrial construction.
• Must have a current Driver’s License, own reliable transportation.
• Must pass drug and background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must meet attendance standards and comply with late/absence notification procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations on the construction sites, responsible for all CEC staff on job.
• Manage large projects of more than twenty-five persons.
• Mentor and counsel employees.
• Do working estimate and take-off jointly with the Project Manager.
• Responsible for quality control and coordination with all other trades.
• Establish work schedules and man-loading charts.
• Interact with General Contractor reps on project scheduling and performance.
• Provide general supervision to subordinate supervisors and foremen.
• Monitor work and schedule according to pace and other trades.
• Handle office correspondence and admin paperwork as needed.
• Oversee safety performance and ensure training for assigned duties.
• Ensure compliance with CEC safety processes and protocols.
