Job summary

CEC is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site supervision for large mechanical/HVAC installations on ground-up projects. You will oversee crews, coordinate with the project manager, and ensure safety and quality across multiple trades.

This role requires at least 7 years of large-mechanical project experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field personnel, including overtime and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience running large mechanical projects.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site operations and all CEC staff.
• Mentor and counsel project crews.
• Jointly perform take-offs and estimates with the Project Manager.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and coordination with trades.
