Job summary

Etezazi Industries, Inc. is seeking Sheet Metal/Assembly personnel with extensive aerospace machine shop experience to operate and set up metal-forming equipment and perform precise manufacturing tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years experience as a machine operator or related.
• Strong math and machine shop math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Familiarity with reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate powered machinery to bend, form, notch, punch, straighten or stretch metals and structural shapes as specified by blueprints or work orders.
• Perform finish assembly processes to produce parts per QA specs.
• Set stops on machine bed, change dies and adjust components as needed.
• Operate various presses (power press, hydraulic press, etc.) to bend/form parts.
• Select and position dies using hoists, gauges, and hand tools.
• Install, align, and secure gears, dies, and fixtures on machine bed.
