Job summary

Parker Aerospace, specifically Exotic Metals Forming Division, is seeking an Assembler to perform sheet metal assembly using a range of hand and power tools. You will inspect parts for conformance to drawings and specifications, adjust fits, and maintain a clean, safe work area while documenting data in the timekeeping system.

The role requires basic safety PPE, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and utilization of mathematical skills in production tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrates proper and safe operation of equipment and PPE.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sheet metal components using hand and power tools per instructions.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to plans and specs.
• Measure and adjust fit between sub-assemblies and components.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
• Document manufacturing data in the paperless timecard system.
