Job summary

Paycom, based in Texas, is seeking a Senior SharePoint Application Specialist to deliver expert support, design and implement SharePoint solutions across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of SharePoint administration and related development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience creating a corporate intranet on the SharePoint platform and leading rollout projects.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to problem solver for advanced SharePoint issues and escalations.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and implement new features, workflows and integrations to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Translate business needs into scalable SharePoint solutions and dashboards.
• Lead migration and rollout projects while maintaining documentation and training materials.
• Monitor performance, ensure governance and security compliance, and provide end-user training.
